This policy explains how Clinovitas Life Sciences (“Clinovitas”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through clinovitas.com, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What We Collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, city, the course or service you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record the page you used and basic technical data (date, time and IP address) to prevent spam. If you enrol, we collect the details needed for admission and certification.
Why We Use It
- To reply to your inquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email
- To process admission, issue certificates and marksheets, and support certificate verification
- To share course updates you have asked for
- To improve our website using anonymous usage statistics
We use your data only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms. We do not sell your data.
Who Can See It
Only authorised Clinovitas staff. Our website host (Hostinger) and email providers store data on our behalf. For certificate verification, the certificate number, your name, programme, completion date and result are shown to anyone who enters that certificate number.
How Long We Keep It
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Certificate records are kept permanently so that employers can verify them.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email directorinfo@clinovitas.com and we will respond within 30 days.
